Dopo un periodo di irrequieta vita newyorkese e una delusione sentimentale, l’attrice e modella italiana Chantal Ughi scopre nella Muay Thay (arte marziale nota come box thailandese) un mezzo per gestire la propria rabbia e confrontarsi con la violenza subita da bambina. Recatasi in Thailandia per un breve allenamento, ci rimane per cinque anni, addestrandosi e combattendo, modificando il proprio corpo e la propria mente per diventare fino a raggiungere il pi\u00f9 alto livello nelle arti marziali.
