Pierre, un giovane allevatore di mucche da latte, \u00e8 legato anima e corpo alla sua terra e ai suoi animali. Il futuro dell’azienda familiare per\u00f2 \u00e8 messo in pericolo quando un’epidemia vaccina si diffonde in Francia. Il protagonista sar\u00e0 trascinato in un vortice di colpe e speranze da cui sar\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 difficile uscire, spingendolo sino ai limiti estremi della legalit\u00e0 pur di salvare i suoi amati animali.

\nPierre, la trentaine, est \u00e9leveur de vaches laiti\u00e8res. Sa vie s\u2019organise autour de sa ferme, sa s\u0153ur v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire et ses parents dont il a repris l\u2019exploitation. Alors que les premiers cas d\u2019une \u00e9pid\u00e9mie se d\u00e9clarent en France, Pierre d\u00e9couvre que l\u2019une de ses b\u00eates est infect\u00e9e. Il ne peut se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 perdre ses vaches. Il n\u2019a rien d\u2019autre et ira jusqu\u2019au bout pour les sauver.

\nPierre, a thirty-five-year-old dairy farmer, has taken over his parents’farm and devotes twenty-four hours a day to his cows. They are all for him so when an epidemic breaks out, threatening his herd, he gets terribly anxious. Even the assurances of Pascale, his veterinarian sister, that everything is fine, do not soothe his anxieties. And – quite unfortunately – his fears prove founded since one of his animals gets infected. The shock is severe because one cow touched means that his whole herd will be slaughtered. But Pierre is not going to let that happen.
