\nNegli anni \u201990 molte persone in Kurdistan sono state arrestate e interrogate sotto tortura; i loro assassini hanno eliminato i corpi gettandoli dagli elicotteri o seppellendoli in pozzi pieni di acido. Migliaia di persone, come Jitem e Hizbul-Kontra, sono state uccise da forze paramilitari le quali, sebbene continuino a negarlo, sono state finanziate e sostenute dallo stato. Il documentario racconta il caso di sette persone, tra cui quattro bambini, scomparsi dalla citt\u00e0 di Kerboran [Darge\u00e7it] nel 1995, e la ricerca instancabile delle loro spoglie da parte delle famiglie.

In the 1990s many people in Kurdistan were taken into custody and interrogated under torture; their killers disposed of the bodies by throwing them out of helicopters, or burying them in acid-filled wells. Thousands were murdered\/disappeared by paramilitary forces\u2014such as Jitem and Hizbul-Kontra\u2014that were financed and supported by the state, though they have always stuck to the line: \u201cWe didn\u2019t do it.\u201d The documentary \u2018B\u00ceR\u2019 looks at the case of seven people, including four children, who were disappeared from the town of Kerboran [Darge\u00e7it] in 1995, and tells the story of their families\u2019 tireless search for their bones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
