“Per la capacit\u00e0 di raccontare con la sola forza delle immagini il costante rapporto fra Terra e Cielo nella storia di un popolo che sembra capitato l\u00ec per caso ma che in realt\u00e0 \u00e8 stato estromesso dal sogno altrui di toccare il cielo con un dito attraverso l\u2019ingegneria spaziale. Come se gli alieni fossero gi\u00e0 arrivati\u2026Un reportage che, grazie a una fotografia pittorica, che a tratti ricorda le tavole di Moebius, diventa narrazione di un mondo a parte. Un viaggio metafisico, ricco di poesia.”<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n
“For the capacity with only the strength of the images to show us the constant relationship between the Earth and the Sky in the story of a people who seem to be there by chance but who in reality were ousted from the others\u2019 dream of touching the sky with a finger through space engineering. “Per il coraggio di denunciare un regime oscurantista, che in apparenza sembra voglia rinnegare il passato ma che in realt\u00e0 ne perpetua i metodi coercitivi e censori. \u0003E soprattutto per il merito di farci appassionare alla straordinaria figura e all\u2019opera di Hu Jie, il pittore, incisore e documentarista cinese da anni sulla lista nera del regime. Un inno all\u2019eroismo del cinema indipendente e allo spirito indomito di un artista che fino all\u2019ultima inquadratura non rinuncia a lanciare al mondo il suo grido di dolore.”<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

“Un piccolo film molto coinvolgente, tecnicamente rifinito e pieno di suspense, che ci trasporta nella dimensione avventurosa del viaggio stando fermi in una stanza. La rievocazione delle sfrenate corse on the road dell\u2019ex motociclista ormai malato ci fa riflettere anche sul viaggio pi\u00f9 grande, quello della vita, di cui la vecchiaia \u00e8 il traguardo finale. L\u2019anziano non \u00e8 un peso da scaricare, ma il depositario di una storia unica che va raccontata per poter guardare al futuro con pi\u00f9 consapevolezza, che \u00e8 poi uno dei compiti del cinema e Chopper sembra assolverlo in pieno”.<\/span><\/em><\/em><\/div>\n
“A very enthralling little film, technically accomplished and full of suspense , which has the capacity to transport us, while sitting in our seats, into the adventurous dimension of the journey.
