Sadie inserisce Anna in un mondo a lei completamente sconosciuto. Tuttavia, quando partecipa alla sua prima operazione segreta, scopre di sentirsi perfettamente a proprio agio, probabilmente anche a causa dell’intenso flirt che sta godendosi con Sadie. Ma presto le cose prendono una brutta piega. Si \u00e8 venuta a creare una complicata situazione, dove tutto sembra dipendere da Anna: riuscir\u00e0 a fare rinascere le vecchie amicizie e a tirare fuori una brillante idea in grado di ridare la carica al gruppo? La prima del film si \u00e8 tenuta alla Berlinale 2007 dove \u00e8 stato nominato per il Teddy Award come Best Feature. ENG. A\u00a0feminist, lesbian-related comedy film.\u00a0A secretary turns small-scale revolutionary in this satiric comedy drama from director Jamie Babbit. Anna (Melonie Diaz) is a woman in her early twenties who has recently graduated from college and now works as a receptionist for a plastic surgeon, but has mixed feelings about how he manipulates women’s negative self-image for profit. One evening, Anna sees a woman spray painting graffiti on the side of the building where she works, encouraging women to not get breast enlargement surgery; Anna is intrigued and introduces herself. The vandal is Sadie (Nicole Vicius), the leader of a group of lesbian counter-cultural pranksters who call themselves “Clits in Action,” or the CIA. Anna likes the CIA and their aggressive style, and she is strongly attracted to Sadie; eventually, they sleep together, but Anna soon learns Sadie already has a longtime companion, Courtney (Melanie Mayron). The film had its premiere at the international film festival Berlinale on February 9, 2007, where it was nominated for a Teddy Award for Best Feature. It had its American premiere at SXSW in March where it won the Jury Prize for Best Feature. The film was produced by non-profit organization POWER UP.<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n
