\u201cQuesta \u00e8 la storia di un\u2019eredit\u00e0 che ho ricevuto da mio padre, 5.000 ettari di foresta vergine nell\u2019Impenetrabile. Cos\u00ec fu definito dagli spagnoli, all\u2019epoca della conquista, il Chaco, la seconda foresta per estensione dopo l\u2019Amazzonia. Arrivato in Paraguay con l\u2019intenzione di restituire quella terra al suo popolo originario, i Guaran\u00ec, mi sono trovato in un vero far west, con terre da conquistare, indiani da sterminare, e ricchissime risorse naturali in gioco. Confrontandomi all\u2019opposizione dei grandi latifondisti e alla corruzione dell\u2019amministrazione paraguaiana, ho dovuto trovare una nuova soluzione per la mia terra\u201d, Daniele Incalcaterra.<\/span><\/p>\n

Filmmaker Daniele Incalcaterra was left 12,355 acres of land in the Chaco by his father, but when he decides, through a combination of altruism and frustration, to return his untouched land to the indigenous people, tensions begin to run high. Battling against GM soybean growers, as well as cattle ranchers and oil prospectors, Incalcaterra forms his own motley posse to help preserve this beautifully rugged piece of forest forever.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Un road movie ambientato a Cuba, girato da Desiderio in collaborazione con l\u2019artista cubano Jos\u00e9 Balboa e inspirato all\u2019amicizia, l\u2019isola e la motocicletta. Per la prima volta, Ahora si llego! introduce il genere cinematografico del road movie nel panorama cubano adottando come trama il viaggio fisicamente intrapreso dagli artisti.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first Road Movie feature film made by the Italian artist Desiderio Sanzi together with the Cuban Balboa is inspired by friendship, the island and the motorbike. The two artists used, for the first time in Cuba, the form of the Road Movie–the cinematic genre the plot of which is developed during a trip.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
