Patience (Isabelle Huppert), traduttrice specializzata in intercettazioni telefoniche per la squadra antidroga, frustrata e annoiata da un lavoro duro e mal pagato, durante un’intercettazione viene a conoscenza dei traffici poco raccomandabili del figlio di una donna a lei cara.
